TOOL 1: Brainstorming
- The most popular technique to get as many ideas as possible from a group of people in a short time.
- Developed by Alex Osborn in 1940s
- The slogan is 'the crazier, the better'

TIPS:
" If at first the idea is not absurd, then there is no hope for it " - Albert Einstein.
" Every really new idea looks crazy at first " - Alfred N. Whitehead.
- Outstanding -> crazy idea, think crazy.
- Untuk bina empire, kita kena buat something outstanding & dont follow others.
- Have to break the pattern.
- You have to be very brave to face the world.
- Dont worry of critics.
- Smiles with rejection.

Mind Mapping:
Advantages of using Mind Mapping:
- Breaking the word-oriented left-brain tendencies.
- Activates the whole brain.
